The Growing Climate Solutions Act (GCSA) was passed by the Senate on 6/24/2021. The bill creates a new program to self-certify technical assistance providers and third-party verifiers for the agriculture and forestry sectors for voluntary actions that are intended to reduce the amount of air and carbon pollution and for processes to naturally store carbon.
